5. Orders
Once payment has been successfully received, your order enters our production queue. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on workload and public holidays.

All prices are displayed before checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice but will not affect completed orders.

Reports are normally delivered electronically via email. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is entered correctly. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your report.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of astrology reports, orders cannot usually be cancelled once work has commenced and completed personalised reports are generally non-refundable. If Hirusara is unable to fulfil your order, a full refund may be issued. Where required by applicable consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
